The BSI PAS125 Kitemark is a joint initiative between Thatcham, the motor industry research and training centre, the British Standards Institute and is backed by the UK Insurance industry. PAS 125 is a technical specification. It is a certification scheme which actually demonstrates that a company meets strict requirements and produces high quality repairs.
